The RovingBookworm Podcast: Episode 37 – Moving On: Healing From Loss, Broken Relationships & Trauma

Hello Everyone!

Welcome to Episode 37 of the RovingBookworm Podcast.

I hope you all had a good week. My week was super busy but I am glad to be here and even happier that there is a national public holiday tomorrow. Thank you for coming back here week after week to be a part of the conversation and also sharing this podcast with your family and friends. I hope you will have a great time.

This week’s theme is inspired by a book I recently read titled ‘Heal Your Broken Heart: A Practical Guide To Recovering From Heartache’ by Dorothee L. Davis . Although this book is primarily about healing from broken relationships, it also gives very useful advise on healing  from other causes of heartache such as other traumatic experiences and the loss of a loved one. This is my second book by the author and as usual I highly recommend it. I read this book on the SCRIBD app and you can also buy a copy on amazon.

We would be exploring this theme while focusing on the general theme for this season which we titled embracing change and the five things we cannot change.

I have titled this theme

Moving On: Healing From Loss, Broken Relationships & Trauma
