March Newsletter: Embracing Steady Spiritual Rhythms

Hello dear friend,

Welcome to March

There’s something about this time of year that feels quietly transitional. The beginning-of-year energy has softened. The pace feels steadier. The light lingers just a little longer in the evenings.

It’s not dramatic change just gradual unfolding and perhaps that is how spiritual growth often happens.

Not rushed.
Not loud.
But steady.

Thank you for being here. Thank you for reading, listening, praying, and walking this journey with me. This community is something I hold with care.

The past month has felt like a month of building foundations rather than chasing momentum.

Less pressure.
More presence.
Less proving.
More alignment.

I’ve been reflecting deeply on sustainable rhythms and what it means to walk with God in a way that is steady and life-giving rather than overwhelming or inconsistent.

And that reflection has shaped everything unfolding this month.

The Blog

In February, the blog has leaned into themes of depth and formation:

  • When God Feels Silent
  • The Difference Between Consuming Words and Letting Them Change You
  • Reading Fewer Books, More Deeply
  • Faith in the Waiting

These posts were invitations, not instructions. They are spaces to slow down rather than rush forward.

If one resonates with you, consider revisiting it slowly.

A New Devotional: The Gentle Reset

I’m quietly releasing something very close to my heart this month:

The Gentle Reset: A 21-Day Guide to Rebuilding Sustainable Rhythms in Your Walk with God.

This devotional was born out of honest reflection for those who love God deeply but sometimes feel spiritually inconsistent, overwhelmed, or stretched thin.

It is not about discipline in the harsh sense.
It is not about guilt.
It is not about doing more.

It is about returning gently.

Over 21 days, we explore what it means to rebuild rhythms that are sustainable, prayer that feels natural, Scripture engagement that feels grounding, rest that feels permitted.

If you’ve ever felt like your spiritual life swings between intensity and burnout, this guide was written with you in mind.

More details will be shared on the blog and across Instagram this month.

The Podcast — Preparing for Season 3

Season 3 of The 6Eleven Life Podcast returns in April.

These past few months of pause have allowed space for clarity and intentional preparation. I’m looking forward to returning with conversations that are honest, Scripture-rooted, and deeply practical.

If you haven’t yet explored Seasons 1 and 2, this is still a beautiful time to catch up.

The 6Eleven Life YouTube Channel — Launching This Month

I’m also excited to share that The 6Eleven Life YouTube channel launches this March.

This will be an extension of everything we already do here. Reflective teaching, devotional encouragement, and thoughtful conversations about walking with God in everyday life.

It won’t be loud or hurried, It will be consistent and rooted.

I would love for you to subscribe and grow with me there as we begin this new chapter.

The Resource Library

Our growing collection now includes:

  • Abide: A Year in God’s Word
  • The 7-Day Devotional for Waiting Seasons
  • 30 Biblical Affirmations for Spiritual Growth
  • Rooted in Truth: Identity in Christ Scripture Cards
  • And now, The Gentle Reset

The heart behind each resource remains the same: to nurture steady, Scripture-rooted faith without pressure.

I’ve continued sharing spoken word poetry and quiet prayers on Instagram.

Stories of becoming.
Stories of healing.
Short reflections in between busy days.

I’m learning that faith expressed creatively often reaches places structured teaching cannot.

If you’d like to follow along, you can find me at @the6elevenlife.

Behind the Scenes

February has included:

  • Deepening my personal Bible study rhythms
  • Refining future devotional concepts
  • Preparing YouTube content thoughtfully
  • Laying foundations for future digital products

But I am holding it all gently.

This year is not about scale for the sake of scale. It is about sustainability.

The very thing I’m writing about in The Gentle Reset is something I am practicing myself.

As we move further into the year, I want to ask:

Are your spiritual rhythms sustainable?

Not impressive.
Not intense.
Not performative.

Sustainable.

Perhaps this month is an invitation not to add more but to return gently to what matters most.

As March unfolds, my prayer for you is simple:

That your faith would feel steady rather than rushed.
That your rhythms would nourish rather than exhaust you.
That you would trust God even in quiet growth.

Thank you for being here.
Thank you for walking this journey with me.
Thank you for growing alongside me.

If you ever want to share a prayer request, reflection, or simply say hello, you can always reply.

With love and grace,

Biyai
