Hello dear friend,
Welcome to May.
There is something about this time of year that feels quietly open, as though what has been forming beneath the surface is beginning to stretch into the light in a more noticeable way. The days feel fuller, the mornings arrive earlier, and the evenings hold on a little longer, yet even with these changes, growth still carries a certain quietness to it.
Not everything has come together yet, and not everything is fully clear, but something is taking shape, and that is worth paying attention to. This month has been an invitation to notice that growth often happens long before it becomes visible, and that what is steady and consistent matters more than what feels immediate.
Thank you for being here and for continuing to return to this space with openness and intention. I hold this community with care, and I am always grateful that you choose to spend this time here.
A Month of Quiet Strengthening
April felt like a continuation of what has already been built, but with a deeper sense of strengthening. There was no need to start over or to create something entirely new, but rather to remain consistent and allow what is already in place to grow stronger.
I have been reflecting on what it means not just to stay, but to be strengthened in the staying. There is something meaningful about continuing with God in simple ways and beginning to realise that what once felt difficult is slowly becoming more natural. There is also something reassuring about recognising that even when growth is not obvious, it is still happening.
This posture of quiet consistency has shaped everything I have been creating this month.
The 6Eleven Life — Growing in Steadiness
The Blog
This past month, the blog has continued to focus on a steady and grounded expression of faith for those navigating full and demanding lives. The posts have been written to meet you where you are, without pressure, and to offer something that can be returned to rather than rushed through.
We explored topics such as what to do when you feel spiritually disconnected, how to stay close to God in busy moments, letting go of the pressure to have a perfect quiet time, and praying Scripture when you feel uncertain about the future.
Each post is intended to serve as a gentle guide rather than a checklist, and if one resonates with you, I encourage you to take your time with it and allow it to settle.
The 6Eleven Life Podcast

The 6Eleven Life Podcast will premiere next week on May 4th, and I am really looking forward to beginning this new chapter with you.
This season will take a slightly different direction as I walk through some of my favourite Bible stories, beginning with the book of Genesis, and share reflections and commentaries along the way. The heart behind this is to make Scripture feel more accessible, more engaging, and easier to follow, especially if you are still building your understanding.
This also complements the Beginner’s Bible Study mini series on the YouTube channel, so you will be able to listen and learn in a way that feels connected and consistent across both spaces.
It promises to be insightful, interesting, and something you can genuinely enjoy returning to. I am also hoping to invite a few guests along the way, which will bring additional perspectives and conversations into the podcast.
I would love for you to join me as it begins.

The 6Eleven Life YouTube Channel

The YouTube channel continues to grow steadily, and it has become another space where I can walk alongside you in a practical way. The focus has been on helping you build simple and sustainable rhythms with God without overcomplicating the process.
We have been exploring how to understand the Bible as a beginner, how to stay consistent, how to apply what you read, and how to avoid common mistakes that can make Bible study feel more difficult than it needs to be.
If you have been watching, thank you for being part of that space, and if not, you are always welcome to join when you feel ready.

Poetry, Spoken Word and Story Telling
Over the past month, I have continued to share poetry consistently with subscribers through Wordplay Wednesday, and this has been a meaningful rhythm that I have truly enjoyed maintaining. It has created a quieter and more intentional space to share words that reflect healing, becoming, and faith in a more personal way.
At the same time, I have slowed down on sharing spoken word poetry, prayers, and reflections on Instagram. This has been a deliberate decision rather than an absence, as I have been taking time to rethink how I want to express this part of my work in a way that feels more sustainable and fulfilling.
I am slowly working on something that allows for more depth and less pressure, and possibly something that lives on a different platform that does not require constant output or urgency.
Behind the Scenes

April has been a month of quiet consistency. I have continued to build content across the blog, while preparing for the podcast launch and maintaining a steady rhythm on YouTube, all without rushing or overextending.
More than anything, it has been a month of living what I am sharing. I have been choosing steadiness over pressure, depth over speed, and allowing things to grow at a pace that feels sustainable.
A Gentle Reflection for You
As we move into May, I want to leave you with a simple question to carry with you.
Where is God strengthening you, even if you cannot fully see it yet?
It may not be obvious, and it may not feel significant, but it could be present in your consistency, in your willingness to keep returning, or in your decision to remain even when things feel slow.
Growth does not always make itself known in visible ways, but it continues quietly, shaping you over time.
Final Thoughts

As May unfolds, my prayer for you is that you would recognise the strength that is being built through your consistency, that you would not dismiss the small ways you are showing up with God, and that you would trust that what is growing beneath the surface is meaningful and real.
Thank you for being here. Thank you for continuing this journey with me, and thank you for choosing a faith that is steady, grounded, and growing.
If you would ever like to share a reflection, a prayer request, or simply say hello, you can always reply.
With love and grace,
Biyai
